Our first development of flats at Clachnaharry was a £1.8M scheme that included land procurement plus all planning and development work. This was followed by construction of the flats under a design and build contract.
Since then, North Property have purchased both land and properties, some for development and some as an investment.
The current portfolio includes offices, shops, commercial units, a driving test centre, a storage yard and a café. The area covered extends to Bonar Bridge in the North, Keith in the East and to Oban in the South West.
