The company was originally set up to develop 16 high quality new homes at Clachnaharry in Inverness. These were built for rent and shared equity purchase for Albyn Housing Association.
Since then, North Property has continued its expansion through an active development and investment programme. The company prides itself on delivering quality projects, properties and land at all times.
The company was originally set up by Neil Morrison and Duncan McCormack. After a move south, Duncan has now left the business and it is wholly owned and managed by Neil Morrison, a chartered civil engineer with over 30 years’ experience working in the construction industry.
